• Our highly respected program of temporary grandparents, where volunteers play with children in the waiting room
• TV and movies for children on our waiting room
• A free book for your child through our Reach Out and Read program when he or she come to a well-child visit

What you should know about pediatric health care:

• Parents can call and get an appointment for children who are ill.
• We offer medical care is not emergency for children. For emergencies, we refer patients to California Hospital Medical Center.
• If you do not have insurance, we offer many to cover physical exams and other medical services for children.
• If you want a family member or caregiver bring your child, you must first give written permission to treat your child. Your doctor will have available to you a permission form for guardians or caregivers during their first visit. In this way it will be on file, if ever someone else has to bring your child for an appointment.
